Meet Dr. Eric Hagen

Dr. Eric Hagen grew up in Oak Lawn, a south suburb of Chicago, and is proud to now serve patients in the Rockford, Illinois area at Cosic Dental. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Illinois State University before receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Hagen is committed to providing high-quality, health-centered care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. This is why he fits in well at Cosic Dental. He believes great dentistry combines clinical excellence with genuine relationships. He truly cares about his patients and enjoys helping them understand how their oral health might be affecting their overall health and long-term wellness. Not only does he embrace Cosic Dental’s philosophy, but he himself has a personal interest in holistic health and lives by the same principles. Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dr. Hagen regularly participates in continuing education courses to stay at the forefront of modern dental procedures, technology, and materials — ensuring patients at Cosic Dental receive advanced, effective, and personalized care.

Outside of the office, Dr. Hagen enjoys playing hockey and golf, as well as spending time outdoors fishing and camping.
